Yes! This is a Mommy & Me style class designed for moms to bring their babies along while they work out.
Babies of all stages are welcome, from newborns to crawlers. Modifications and space are always considered for different stages.
This class is for moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared for exercise by their doctor or healthcare provider.
Not at all. This class is designed for all fitness levels, including moms easing back into movement postpartum.
Yes. A private space can be provided for breastfeeding, pumping, or diaper changes if requested. If you feel comfortable feeding or caring for your baby during class with the group, you are absolutely welcome to do so.
Yes. The gym is locked during class time and reserved exclusively for our women only group to create a comfortable, supportive, and private environment for moms and babies.
Bring water, a yoga mat if requested, and anything your baby may need during class such as a carrier, blanket, toys, diapers, or snacks.
No stress at all. This is a judgment free environment created specifically for moms and babies. Feeding, diaper changes, breaks, and cuddles are always welcome.
Classes focus on rebuilding strength, core stability, mobility, endurance, and functional movement in a supportive and welcoming environment.
