I'm the owner of Mind & Muscle Fitness, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and specialist in pre- and postnatal fitness. I'm also a new mom — navigating postpartum recovery and rebuilding my own strength right alongside my clients.
Becoming a mother has given my work an entirely new meaning. It's taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of honouring every season our bodies go through. My coaching philosophy is simple: empower women through education, structure, accountability, and genuine support.
I don't believe in quick fixes. I believe in sustainable habits, balanced nutrition, and building strength and confidence from the inside out — whether you're a busy mom, a beginner, or someone ready to level up.

A Mommy & Me fitness class for moms rebuilding strength, confidence, and connection after pregnancy. Bring your little one along while you move your body in a welcoming, judgment free, private environment surrounded by other moms in the same season of life.
